Ken's Place was built in 2006 and the common areas were renovated in 2022. There is no pool and no gym. There is a lift that works, a guard who is actually there, and a 7-Eleven at street level.

- Rubbish to the ground-floor room, sorted.
- Contract signing requires a passport or Thai ID and a work or study document.
