An ordinary building that is run properly.

Ken's Place was built in 2006 and the common areas were renovated in 2022. There is no pool and no gym. There is a lift that works, a guard who is actually there, and a 7-Eleven at street level.

House rules

  • Quiet hours 22:00 – 07:00.
  • Registered occupants only on the contract; overnight guests notified at the desk.
  • No pets.
  • No smoking indoors or in lift lobbies; permitted on balconies.
  • No cooking with open gas cylinders; induction only.
  • Rubbish to the ground-floor room, sorted.
  • Contract signing requires a passport or Thai ID and a work or study document.
